Curry Architects is assisting the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge Philadelphia location with providing conceptual designs for their kitchen renovation. Design work will be used for marketing the fundraising campaign to provide necessary updates to the facility located in the Cheltenham area of the Philadelphia metro region. The American Cancer Society Hope Lodges are a nationwide program that provides a free home away from home for cancer patients that are actively undergoing treatment and live 40 miles or one hour or more from the treatment facility.
Curry Architects will be working with MEP engineers and contractors, Veteran DCI in providing updated interior design for the four resident kitchens that are available for use by the guests at Hope Lodge Philadelphia. This will include an overhaul of materials like cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, ceiling treatment, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.
