West Side Tower Moving Forward

Curry Architects has been given the green light to take into production the UDARP approved 325 West Baltimore Street Tower for David S. Brown Enterprises. The project was snagged for 4 months gaining approval from the FAA to re-route the helicopter paths flying into Maryland Shock Trauma and the Baltimore Police Station. The 29 story building will house 440 cars, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 321 apartments. A rooftop pool and amenities level is featured to serve the residential units.
