Located in the heart of Owings Mills, Metro Centre is a transit-oriented development that provides a live/work/play environment. The project incorporates 1.2 million square feet of commercial office space, 300,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space, 1,700 one and two-bedroom residential units, educational facilities, and a 229-room full-service hotel with conference facilities. A serene, landscaped public plaza serves as the ideal backdrop. Free parking is abundant within the structured garages and surface lots. The MTA’s bus and commuter rail system serves the development with easy access to downtown Baltimore City.

Our team was involved in the master planning and early concepts for this community. To date, we have provided designs for more than half of the current structures constructed. We are currently creating several more project concepts that will contribute to the further growth of this development.
