325 West is a new high-rise proposed on the west side of Baltimore within walking distance of the Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower, the Hippodrome Theater, and the Everyman Theater. The 32-story building will include apartment units and an 8-level parking garage. The apartments will be served by an amenities level that includes a fitness center, a game and party room, a gourmet kitchen, a billiards room, and a rooftop pool deck. The building will be clad in terra cotta rain screen panels. Green building strategies, including a cistern water recovery system and high-efficiency HVAC systems, will be incorporated. The building will achieve LEED Silver from the USGBC.
