OVERVIEW
Pier IV is a 6-story office and retail building located at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor adjacent to the Power Plant and next to the National Aquarium. Curry Architects was the Architect of Record and worked with the New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle, who provided the initial schematic design. Our team designed custom details to complement the neighboring tourist area's unique and historic architectural elements. The building recalls the industrial character of the Power Plant Building while incorporating modern retail needs on the first floor. The elevated walkways and porches enhance ground-floor restaurants and protect patrons from pedestrian traffic below while offering waterfront dining.
