With an established location in Columbia, Remedy wanted to expand to a second location. Our team worked with them on this new store to meet their growing demand. We created flexible designs to adapt to future needs while testing new layout strategies to improve Remedy’s production line and inventory management. Our methods were met with much success; post-opening, Remedy has seen better productivity in the back-of-house and significantly reduced close up and rollout times.
