Built on the site of the former Baltimore Ravens practice facility, this striking stadium has become the signature building of Stevenson University’s Owings Mills campus. The state-of-the-art 3,500-seat stadium includes a club-level patio, a presidential suite, a press box, and a 4,500-square-foot fitness center. The field level houses spacious locker rooms and athletic offices for various sports. The design blends modern forms with more traditional scale and materiality while complementing the existing campus buildings. Using select building envelope elements, insulation, and specialty glazing to mitigate HVAC challenges due to large spans of glass façades yielded a highly energy-efficient building.
