Cask & Grain Kitchen was a local, sustainable American restaurant in the historic Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. The project involved renovating a two-story historic row home for an intimate, upscale dining experience just off the popular Canton Square. The rustic farmhouse-inspired interiors served as a backdrop to showcase the locally sourced food that focused on the seasonal bounty of the Delmarva region and Eastern seaboard.
