JOSELITO

Overview:
The design is evocative of the timeless European café style with a Spanish flair.  A clean palette of black and white updates the traditional café touches, such as bistro chairs and marble tabletops.  The feeling of Old World Spanish influences envelopes the space through the personal touches of family photos of the Candon family dating back to the early 1900s and memorabilia from their native province of Heulva in southern Spain.  The warm and intimate bistro atmosphere invites patrons to enjoy a long and leisurely European-style dining experience of Spanish-style tapas.

Location:  660 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington DC
Client:  Christiana and Javier Candon

Size:  approx. 2,000 sq. ft.
