Curry Architects worked with Eggspectation corporate ownership to provide architectural direction and update design standards for existing and new franchises of this growing restaurant concept. Finishes were modernized for a more contemporary look keeping with the classic café feel of Eggspectation. Programming integrated concepts that have become a staple of the growing brand, including to-go counters, bakeries, private dining spaces, and outdoor seating.
