Curry Architects was tasked with converting the former Princeton Sports retail store and gym into a multi-tenant mall building anchored by tenant 7-Eleven on Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, MD. Our team worked with the local Howard County area design review panel to conform to exterior aesthetics, retail signage, and site work requirements. The interior was completely gutted and an existing mezzanine was expanded into an entire second floor. The exterior was repaired and updated to a contemporary style with rusticated steel mesh for sign bands.
