OVERVIEW
The Walk was a redevelopment of the urban fabric into a 109-store, open-air outlet mall spanning three city blocks in Atlantic City. Curry Architects was the Architect of Record for phases two and three of the project and designed and completed phase four of this unique, walkable center forged into the existing street grid of the city. The design draws on the historical “steel pier” aesthetic from the bygone days of Atlantic City’s boardwalk. As the new centerpiece of Atlantic City, with the flagship Nike store front and center, The Walk greets visitors upon their arrival at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway.
