OVERVIEW
Curry Architects worked with The Cordish Companies and Heritage Properties to master plan and produce concept and schematic designs for this one-block site located in downtown Towson. The project included an 850-space parking garage, a 15-screen state-of-the-art cinema by Cinemark, and eight restaurants in a centralized plan anchored by the movie theater. The design incorporated outdoor dining and responded to Baltimore County’s vision for a walkable Towson. The scope of work also included concept plans for the theater that were used in marketing the project to various exhibitors throughout the country. In addition to the design of the garage façades and four restaurant shells, Curry Architects was responsible for creating a pattern book design manual approved by the Baltimore County Planning Department for use by all tenants and their architects.
