IBR

Overview:
Curry Architects and Interiors provided full architecture and interior design services for the complete build-out of an existing unfinished 4th floor shell space and a partial build-out of an existing 5th floor (as part of a larger, historic, 6 story office building, the original home of Maryland Office Supply Co., erected in 1921). Both floor areas are approximately 6,617 square feet each (a total of approximately 13,234 square feet).

The 4th floor is home to REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Mobile Health Service program. Though the 5th floor is only partially complete, it is fully operational, and is home to the Applied Behavioral Biology Unit of IBR. Services also included coordination with the MEP engineer who designed a new HVAC system to service both floors and integrate into existing systems; as well as complete, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems.

Location:  Baltimore, MD
Client:  The Institute for Behavioral Research
